Polo Park is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative. Duties will include working in the shopping centre's Guest Services Centre and on the mall as a Roving Service Ambassador. Proficient at problem-solving, a keen customer-focus, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and must demonstrate strong computer knowledge.
