    Reports to: District Manager
    The Store Manager is a full-time management team member who drives sales through excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Management experience, with proven results, enhances the ability to manage the sales, merchandising, operations and people functions of the store. The Store Manager provides their team with the necessary direction to meet or beat sales targets while maximizing customer service and product knowledge.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·        To achieve store sales budgets through execution of company standards, policies and procedures while exceeding customers' expectations through superior service at every opportunity.
    ·        Ensures that customer loyalty is built and maintained by providing the ultimate shopping experience and by resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and positive manner.
    ·        Demonstrates the ability to lead by example in sales and customer service.
    ·        Proactively seeks out qualified candidates for existing or potential positions ensuring the store structure meets the business needs.
    ·        Provides ongoing selling skills coaching and development based on each staff member's individual strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve their personal sales goals.
    ·        Establishes appropriate action plans to improve each individual's performance and productivity.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·        3-5 previous management experience
    ·        Great sense of style and a love for fashion.
    ·        Excellent time management
    ·        Demonstrated ability to strive in a environment that is customer service driven with a focus on selling
    ·        You have strong coaching, leadership skills and are able to motivate.
    ·        Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
    ·        College degree or equivalent preferred.
