Coat and Purchase Check
Please visit our Guest Services Centre where you can check your coat and purchases for $1 per item. These fees are donated to the HSC Women's Hospital.
We do not check personal luggage, briefcases or purses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Diva Handbag Keyholder
This custom keyholder is exclusive to Polo Park and features interchangeable yellow and fushia handbag bodies. Priced at $10 each, $5 from each keyholder sold is donated to the Women's Hospital at Health Sciences Centre.
Double & Infant Strollers
All Infant and Double stroller rentals are $3.50 - unlimited time. Identification is required. Rental fees are donated to the HSC Women's Hospital.
Single character strollers are available through vending dispensers in the South and Guest Services aisles.
Electric Scooters
Two complimentary Electric Scooters are now available at Guest Services. Use is offered on a first come - first served basis. A credit card imprint deposit is required.
Emergency Baby Supplies
Disposable diapers and baby wipes available upon request at the Guest Services Centre
Emergency Sewing Supplies
Needle, thread, buttons and safety pins available for emergencies.
Employment Opportunity Bank
Mall merchants post employment openings within their retail outlets.
First Aid
First Aid and CPR trained personnel always available during mall hours
In-Mall Paging
Paging is available in emergency situations.

Roving Service Ambassadors
During key shopping seasons, look for our Roving Service Ambassadors who will be out on the mall to provide you with assistance. They are easily identified by their messenger bags and large flowers.
