Assistant Manager In this exciting role, you will assist the Retail Store Manager In all of the functions necessary in the management of a retail store. While ensuring a superior guest experience, you will collaborate with the Manager to: Oversee and drive daily sales performance Maintain operational and service standards Ensure visual merchandising/presentation standards Supervise, coach and develop staff Prepare cash reports and merchandise orders Establish relationships with the local business community with the focus of gift-giving of Godiva Chocolates This position offers excellent advancement opportunities, particularly into the Retail Store Manager role.
